G-SESSION = Group Session F-SESSION = Fundamentals Session O-SESSION = Open Gym

NOTE: Fundamentals begin fortnightly, please call to confirm dates.

F = fundamentals.

To allow the safe passage for all into CrossFit a series of 9 fundamental moves must be taught prior to moving into the general or open sessions. Fundamentals are offered across the month as per schedule. F1 – F3 must be completed before moving into general or open sessions.

G = General group session.

CrossFit Flinders Uni members are engaged in a WOD (work out of the day). Always varied and always coached.

O = Open session

CrossFit Flinders Uni members are welcome to use the box and its equipment to practice technique. A coach will always be on hand to assist with technique or answer any questions.

FH = Fit Hiit

Half hour metcon training from daily WOD.

 

CrossFit members have full access to all fitness membership services and facilities. Classes, weights room, squash courts and casual sport hall floor. Collect your membership card when you join.
