Fundamentals
The fundamentals are the first step to learning the CrossFit movements. It is a requirement for all CrossFitters to participate and complete the 9 fundamentals movements before entering into the group sessions.
It is a 4 session program, normally held over 1 week. Even if you aren’t sure if you are going to do the group sessions learning the technique will be of great advantage to you.

Costs
- Come And Try Sessions – FREE
- Casual Session – $10, or free with any CrossFit merchandise purchased.
- Fundamentals – $60 , and remainder of your first month included free.

- Drop by reception to fill out the forms for either the upfront or the direct debit option.

- Direct debit based on 12 month contract (memberships can be put on hold for $10 a month admin fee).
