Shane Boal – Head Coach
Shane Boal has a background in national level sport, many years as a personal trainer and someone who has continued to grow, increasing his professional development with courses that compliment CrossFit. Along with Cert III and IV in fitness and CrossFit Level One coaching Shane is also qualified in level 1 Olympic lifting, kettle bell training and boot camp.

Qualifications
Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1), Club Weightlifting / Sports Power Coach Level 1 Licence (Australian Weightlifting Federation), Currently studying a Bachelor of Human Movement
Experience
I have seven years experience in the fitness industry and five years experience in the Australian Army within the Infantry Core. My sporting background includes AFL, rugby, weightlifting and powerlifting. In the past 3 years my main focus has been Strength and Conditioning as well as competitive Crossfit
Narelle Badenoch – Coach
An ex elite rower, Narelle really has found her niche in CrossFit. Presently ranked 19th in Australia in the Women’s Open grade, she has shot through the ranks as a competitor. CrossFit level 1 coach, and presently undertaking her Cert 4 in Fitness, and a Bachelor of Education, she knows how to get the most from people, providing excellent leadership and a great workout.
